The Disciple Initiative is a ministry established to partner with Pastors and Church Leaders for the express purpose of training and multiplying disciple makers both at home and around the world.

A D.I. cohort is a small group of Pastors / Church Planters / Leaders engaged in a communal in-depth training experience, alongside of our experienced coaches. The goal of a D.I. Cohort training is designed to result in multi-generational disciple makers and micro-churches.

A MicroChurch, is simply: A gathering of believers under the authority of Biblically qualified leadership, who meet regularly to worship the Father, study and communicate the Word of God in the power of the Holy Spirit, pray and fellowship together, observe the ordinances, and go out to share the love of Christ to the lost world with the intentionality to fulfill the Great Commission and multiply disciple makers

Our experience has been those who engage in our in-depth training processes are more likely to see greater results in multi-generational disciple makers and micro-churches. Goals from the training year 1: - 1 Training center set up at your church. - 10 Micro-churches Planted. - 50 Salvation decisions. - 20 baptisms. - 100 new church attendees.
